Thank you for visiting hogantire.net. Hogan Tire Co. is a family owned and operated tire company based in Houlton, Maine founded by Justin Hogan back in 1956. The company continues to be run by Justin’s sons, Galen and “Cork” Hogan upon Justin’s retirement. In 2002, Hogan Tire Company was purchased from the Hogan family by long time employees Bill Higgins and Jody Anderson.

Bill and Jody can still be found working with the rest of the employees and visiting and delivering products to their customers. They believe in interaction with their customers and employees and taking an active role running the company rather than sitting behind a desk chair. This belief has helped the company achieve further growth since they assumed ownership.

Hogan Tire carries Nokian, General, Continental, Bridgestone, Bandag Retreading, Firestone, Goodyear, Kenda, BKT, Double Coin, Duraturn tire products, and have the ability to secure many more brands. We can supply a tire for almost any need, large and small. We are a certified Bandag Tire Retreader and have our manufacturing plant located in our Houlton Maine facility.

In April 2009, Hogan Tire ventured into the Heavy Duty Truck parts business when they acquired Leon Little Truck Parts and formed the Hogan Tire Heavy Duty Truck Parts division. We are now the areas largest truck parts dealer. Call us for competitive pricing on all your “Big Rig” parts needs.

Hogan Tire also has an extensive equipment service supply and repair facility selling and performing warranty repair work for brands such as Makita, Black and Decker, Ryobi, Milwaukee, Dewalt and Hitachi brands.

We also sell and service welding products, generators, welders and fire extinguishers, We are a factory authorized installer and repair facility for rotary lifts, wheel balancers and tire machines. We also offer other equipment pertinent to keeping the professional or hobbyist supplied with the right equipment.

Hogan Tire has taken care of our friends and neighbor’s tire and automotive needs in Houlton and surrounding communities since 1956. We believe that the old fashioned way of taking care of business is the only way to serve our customers.

At Hogan Tire Company, we take the time to listen to the way you drive your vehicle and recommend the best tire product for your vehicle. We believe in treating people with respect, listening to their needs, and getting them back out on the road with the best tire and equipment for their needs.

We now have 5 convenient locations in Houlton (2), Presque Isle, Lincoln and Caribou as well as our Heavy Duty Truck Parts building located at company headquarters in Houlton. UPS and FEDEX delivery is also possible if you are out of our delivery area. Shipping charges would apply and are F.O.B. Houlton Maine.

If you can’t make it in to pick up your purchase, we can arrange to have it delivered in Aroostook, Northern and Central Penobscot, Piscataquis and Washington counties by one of our scheduled delivery trucks.
